Booking policies
Payment
A one-night deposit is charged when you reserve. Any balance is automatically charged to your card seven days before arrival. Reservations made less than seven days before arrival are charged in full.
Standard cancellations
Cancel by 3 PM Pacific Time seven days before arrival to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee per room.
Holiday reservations
Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve weekends require full payment at booking. The current holiday policy states that the deposit is refunded, less a $100 processing fee, for cancellations before 3 PM Pacific Time 14 days before arrival.
Thanksgiving and Christmas
Thanksgiving reservations made after October 31 and Christmas reservations made after November 30 require full payment at booking and are nonrefundable.
Parking
$15 per car per night.
Rates and room assignments
Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. The inn may move a reservation to a comparable or better room type before arrival.
Pets and service animals
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
